Court assignment software that handles rain

I’m juggling a 64-player draw across 12 courts next month and need something that auto-reshuffles courts after a 45-minute rain delay without nuking published match times. We’ve used USTA Tournament Desk and UTR Event Desk; decent, but too manual during rolling starts — anyone have real-world wins with CourtHive or another tool that keeps players informed by SMS and preserves an officials’ audit trail?

Used CourtHive; ‘45-minute delay’ shift kept published times and requeued courts; Twilio SMS worked, setup’s a bit fiddly.

Ran a 64 on 12 last fall; CourtHive let me apply a 45‑min offset and lock the published starts while reassigning courts as they reopened, which nailed the “don’t nuke published times” part. Agree with @harrisonT34 on SMS via Twilio; tip: only notify “on deck + next” to keep costs sane and reduce noise. Small caveat: the setup takes an hour the first time; if you want simpler, SportyHQ can shift rounds but won’t preserve exact times as cleanly.
