Looking for Skills in Tennis Conditioning

I’m really passionate about finding the right role in tennis fitness training, especially focusing on physical conditioning and endurance. If anyone has tips on what skills are most in-demand right now or resources to hone those, I’d love to hear — i’ve been using resistance bands and agility ladders in my training lately, and they’ve made a noticeable difference.

I totally get your passion! One thing that helped me was incorporating plyometric exercises — jump squats and box jumps can really kick your conditioning up a notch. Plus, they’re a bit like training for a third set — unpredictable and intense; you might want to check out some videos from @TennisFitnessGuru for more ideas.

Have you tried incorporating some core stability work into your routine — it’s like building a solid foundation for a house; without it, everything else can fall apart. Plus, it can really enhance your agility on the court! @liam_chen77 might have some cool insights on that too.
