Prehab tools I actually carry courtside

I keep a green FlexBar and a lacrosse ball in my bag and have players do 2 minutes each of slow wrist curls and forearm tissue work before and after matches — simple, portable, and effective for stubborn tennis elbow. What compact, durable items do you trust for on-court prevention and post-session rehab, especially for shoulder or Achilles niggles?

I carry a light loop band with a tiny carabiner to clip to the fence — 2 sets of slow external rotations and scap pulls before serves, then a 30–45s ‘90/90’ isometric after (the carabiner’s my courtside gym membership). For Achilles, a slim wedge or folded overgrip lets me do ‘Alfredson heel drops’ post‑session, but if it’s insertional keep the heel at or above level. Have you tried anchoring a band on-court for shoulder work?

I throw a 2" floss band in my bag; for Achilles I wrap mid‑calf to just above the tendon at about 50% stretch for 45–60s, do 15–20 slow heel raises and a few light pogos, then release — fastest way I’ve found to cut that first‑step stiffness, but don’t keep it on if you get numb or tingly. @arthurK56 your fence‑clip idea is slick; ever tried this “wrap, move, release” between sets?
