What's actually helping your elbows

Quick question: for players rehabbing or prone to tennis elbow, which tools have made a real difference — forearm strap, green FlexBar (3x15 eccentrics), softer string/multi at 50–52 lbs, or a small change in grip size? I’m refining my clinic kit and on-court advice to prevent flare-ups and want to compare notes on what you’re reaching for after a 2-hour hit.

And > or a small change in grip size? I’m refining my clinic kit and on-court advice Going up a half size with a cushy overgrip eased the squeeze for me; , going smaller made my wrist overwork and the elbow bark. What moved the needle was green FlexBar 3x15 right after a 2‑hour hit plus switching to a soft multi at 51 lbs; the strap’s OK for matches but it just masks it.

, the strap helps in the moment but it just masks it for me; real difference was dropping my multi to 48 lbs and doing the green FlexBar “3x15” right after a 2‑hour hit. @nicole_h92 the grip tweak mattered too, but only once I added a touch of weight in the handle to ease the squeeze. What frame are you stringing — could be why 50–52 still feels harsh.

the cheapest fix was a $5 heat-shrink sleeve to bump my grip a half size, which loosened my squeeze more than any strap. I also run a soft multi at 51 lbs and only do the “green FlexBar (3x15)” on non-hitting days — same-day eccentrics lit me up. @s_garcia89 did spacing those out help you too?

Adding 6–8g under the grip to go more head‑light beat 50–52 lbs; curious if @nicole_h92 tried this.
